Our Law, “Ley Orgánica del Notariado, of 28 May 1862”, provides in article 1 that "The Notary is the public official appointed by the Government to witness the signing of contracts and the rest of extra-legal acts, according to the law".

THE NOTARY
"Born in the Fortunate Islands and grew up in Madrid, I decided to come back to this wonderful land after years serving as a Notary in the province of Seville.
I have a degree in Law and Business Management and Administration from ICADE. My profession offers me the possibility to develop both careers simultaneously, exercising an accurate and rigorous legal work enriched by a financial and commercial approach".

The most common procedures a Notary's office deals with are, Among others: real estate transactions, mortgages, powers of attorney, wills, donations, company operations, notarised acts, testimonies and legitimations.
We also intervene mortgage loans documented in policies to assure the identity of the parties, their firm intention to contract and to clarify any doubt which might emerge before signing it.
TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS IN OUR NOTARY'S OFFICE
We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that you have to bring your ID card with you. If you are a foreign citizen, you will need your passport or Carta de Identidad and N.I.E.
Furthermore, if you are going to act as a legal representative, don't forget to bring along the authorized copy of the power of attorney or document that proves your representation.
According to the business you need to formalize, we will inform you conveniently about other documents you might need.
